What Everyone Is Here For
Garlic, horseradish, herb crusted prime rib with just a hint of smoke and a crispy cap.
Prime rib thinly sliced and topped with havarti cheese, house made horseradish aioli, arugula, this sliced red onion, and tomato slices tossed in basil, olive oil, and a dash of salt and pepper, all on toasted ciabatta bun.
Our St. Louis ribs slow cooked till they almost fall off the bone then smothered in our house Thai sweet & spicy chili garlic barbecue sauce and seared to perfection.
Our specially seasoned beef smashed over high heat on the grill then topped with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, garlic aioli, on a brioche bun.
Prime cut of your choice smoked low and slow till it is just right. Then seared over high heat.
Our slow smoked pulled pork on brioche, our cumin chicken on ciabatta, and our smoked brisket on brioche.
Tender brisket slow smoked to perfection with a beautiful smoke ring and bark.
Sharp cheddar, gruyere, and smoked gouda combine perfectly with noodles and smoked brisket under a crispy panko and cheese crust.
Drop biscuits smothered in a brisket and Italian sausage gravy all made from scratch.
Pork shoulder butt seasoned and slow smoked till it's perfectly moist and tender, then its shredded and smothered in barbecue sauce.
Thick cut pork chop seasoned and smoked on high then covered in a creamy mushroom sauce we make from scratch.
Chicken breast marinated in cumin, garlic, cilantro, lime chile, salt, pepper, olive oil. and smoked to perfection over high heat.

Yukon gold or russet potatoes boiled and then smashed with salt, pepper, butter, sour cream, heavy cream, diced onion, and fresh garlic.
Yukon gold potatoes sliced, boiled, tossed in salt and oil, and then roasted over high heat. They're great plain or better loaded with brisket, cheese, and/or sour cream.
Smoked chicken wings tossed in Frank's Red Hot, butter, and lemon. Served with celery and carrot sticks and choice of ranch or blue cheese.
Brisket, bourbon and brown sugar, bacon, barbecue, baked beans slow cooked with diced onion, and our own blend of spices.
Collard greens cooked in turkey or bacon fat with garlic, onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Corn on the cob slow cooked in butter, salt, and pepper.
Roasted cauliflower tossed in butter, lemon, and Frank's Red Hot.
Roasted broccoli tossed in lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Shredded green and purple cabbage with carrots, red onion, cumin, cayenne pepper, honey, salt, pepper, lemon, & apple cider vinegar. Jalapeños and Fresno peppers can be added for an extra kick depending on season.
Artisan greens tossed with cranberries, sliced mushrooms, carrot shavings, sliced onions, diced tomatoes, hard boiled egg, and shredded cheese. Served with your choice of ranch, blue cheese, or vinaigrette dressing.
Jasmine rice cooked in a bath of turmeric, fresh garlic, salt, and butter. Finished with minced cilantro.
Romaine lettuce tossed with fresh parmesan and caesar dressing, then topped with croutons.

Fresh Sliced banana, heavy whipped cream, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, a graham cracker crust, all topped with maraschino cherries and crushed candied peanuts. This sweet simple treat is one of our most popular.
Granny Smith apples or yellow peaches with vanilla, cinnamon, butter, and a crunchy granola crust topped with rich vanilla ice cream. What else is there to say.
A bed of Oreo cookies topped with layers of cream cheese, chocolate pudding, and heavy whipped cream, then drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with chocolate chips.
From scratch oatmeal raisin lunch box, butter pecan, and soft baked chocolate chip cookies
